金融相关专业学士学位熟悉数学与统计等相关背景知识；
良好的英语读写听说能力；
良好的沟通与团队合作能力；
对香港市场和A股市场有基本了解；
对交易有浓厚的兴趣。
工作职责：
使用公司提供的资金完成股票、权证或其它衍生产品交易；
管理产品仓位，使得日间交易收入最大化，保持持续盈利；
通过维护与改善交易策略与系统参数促进交易，提高交易系统总效率；
协调相关风险、系统与后台系统，执行交易后分配与日终结算流程协助实现新交易策略。
具备以下条件者优先考虑：
大学本科学历，具备证券或期货行业工作经验，或外汇交易经验。
工资待遇：
底薪5500 +有竞争力的业绩绩效

Recruitment requirements:

Job duties:
Use the funds provided by the company to complete the trading of stocks, warrants and other derivatives
Manage the product position, making the day trading income maximization, to maintain sustained profitability
The total efficiency of the transaction system is improved by maintaining and improving the trading strategy and system parameters.
Coordinate with the related risk, system and background system, and implement the transaction to help achieve the new trading strategy
With the following conditions are preferred
University degree, with experience in securities or futures industry, or foreign exchange trading experience
