报告摘要：
Misclassified current status data occur when each subject under study is observed only once and the failure status at the observation time can be determined by a screening or examining test that may have imperfect sensitivity and specificity. In this article, motivated by a medical study on chlamydia in Nebraska, we provide a methodology for the analysis of misclassified current status data under a wide class of flexible semiparametric transformation models. For inference, a nonparametric maximum likelihood estimating procedure is proposed along with the development of an EM algorithm. Furthermore, we show that the resulting estimators of regression parameters are consistent, asymptotically normal and semiparametrically efficient. An extensive simulation study and a real data application demonstrate that the proposed approach performs well in practice and has substantial superiority over the naive method that ignores the misclassification.

胡涛，首都师范大学数学科学学院教授。2009年毕业于北京师范大学数学科学学院，获概率论与数理统计专业博士学位，美国University of Missouri 统计系博士后。2009年3月至2012年12月先后在新加坡国立大学统计与应用概率系、南洋理工大学数学与物理学院任Research Assistant和Research Fellow。主持或参与多项国家项目，在Journal of the American Statistical Association、Biometrika、Statistica Sinica、Statistics and its Interface等杂志上发表论文20余篇。
