In this talk, we introduce some properties of modules over formal triangular matrix rings, especially the structures of dual modules over formal triangular matrix rings.
Brief introduction of the speaker:
Mao Lixin, second-level professor and deputy director of the Department of Mathematics and Physics, Nanjing Institute of Technology. He received his Ph.D degree in Mathematics Department of Nanjing University in 2005. His main research interests are homology algebra, algebraic representation theory, and ring modulus theory. The research results have won the first "Mathematics Achievement Award" of Jiangsu Province, the second prize of the Natural Science Award of Jiangsu Provincial Colleges and Universities, and the second prize of the Natural Science Award of Colleges and Universities of the Ministry of Education. He also presided over the completion of a number of national or Jiangsu Provincial Natural Science Foundation projects, and published 60 papers in important academic journals at home and abroad. In 2008, he gave a conference report at the 11th National Algebra Academic Conference and was awarded the honorary title of "Young and Middle-aged Experts with Outstanding Contributions in Jiangsu Province" in 2010.
