Abstract:
Let $f \colon \mathbb{R}^n \to \mathbb{R} \cup \{\infty\}$ be a lower semicontinuous and semialgebraic function. In this talk, we give a complete characterization of the infimum value at infinity of $f$ and show some relationships between {\L}ojasiewicz exponents at infinity of $f$ for this value.
