At the meeting, Li Xinxin and Zhang Yuanhang, who returned from a visit from the University of Waterloo in Canada, and Liang Shuqing, who returned from a visit to the University of Arts and Sciences in Paris, France, respectively introduced the basic situation and teaching and research characteristics of the visiting school. The learning experience and harvest were exchanged and shared, and specific introductions were made on the purpose of overseas visits, academic exchanges, scientific research progress, and the results of participating in the research during the visit. It was recommended that young teachers should fully investigate the visiting school and  make active preparation when choosing schools to visit, striving to achieve more and better results in the limited visiting time.

During the reporting process, the participating teachers conducted lively discussions and exchanges with the reporting teachers based on their own research fields, and the on-site discussion atmosphere was active.

At the end of the meeting, Secretary Zhang Ran made a concluding speech. She fully affirmed the experience and achievements of the three visiting teachers. She pointed out that the college was now in a critical period of "double first-class" construction, which was a period of strategic opportunities with great achievements. The college strongly supported teachers to study abroad, and the college would continue to create conditions for teachers to study abroad. She hoped that young teachers would actively carry out foreign exchanges, draw on and learn from the cutting-edge scientific theories of well-known foreign universities, continue to innovate and progress, bring back foreign advanced teaching experience and scientific research concepts, contribute to the leap-forward and high-quality development of the college, and promote all the work of the college to reach a new level.

The holding of this conference provided a good exchange platform for young teachers of our school to visit abroad, and clarified the direction and focus of the school's implementation of the internationalization of the teaching staff. The school will continue to encourage young and middle-aged backbone teachers to expand their international vision and fasten the pace of "Going Global" and improve the teaching and research level of the college.
