Recently, "Communications in Mathematical Research" has been officially indexed by the Scopus database. Here, we extend our highest respect and heartfelt thanks to the editor-in-chief, associate editors, editorial board members, reviewers, authors, and readers who have contributed to the development of the journal.

The Scopus database is the world's largest multidisciplinary literature database, covering journals in the fields of science, technology, and medicine. The database not only includes literature from many well-known journals such as Elsevier, Kluwer, Institution of Electrical Engineers, John Wiley, Springer, Nature, and the American Chemical Society, but also extensively covers important Chinese journals. Being indexed in the Scopus database holds significant value for journals in terms of enhancing academic influence, increasing international recognition, and supporting research evaluation systems.

Communications in Mathematical Research, originally titled Northeast Mathematics, is a mathematics journal sponsored by Jilin University. Communications in Mathematical Research is a comprehensive quarterly journal in mathematics, primarily publishing innovative academic papers in pure mathematics, applied mathematics, and computational mathematics. It reflects research achievements in the field of mathematics both domestically and internationally and promotes the development and construction of the mathematical discipline in China.

The current editors-in-chief are Academician Tang Tao and Academician Fang Fuquan. There are a total of 49 editorial board members from universities and research institutes both domestically and internationally. These individuals are renowned mathematicians with significant influence at home and abroad, and academic leaders in various fields of mathematics. The journal is abstracted and indexed by Mathematical Reviews (USA), Jahrbuch über die Fortschritte der Mathematik (Germany), and Referativny Zhurnal (Russia). In 2024, it was included in the Chinese Association for Science and Technology's High-Quality Scientific Journals Grading Catalog as a T3-level "Mathematics Journal".
