报告摘要：Traditionally, the mathods to derive the solutions for Laplace, heat equations and wave equations are quite different. In this lecture, we will use elementary Fourier transform and ordinary differential equations to get the solution for heat equation. From this solution, the solutions for Laplace equation and wave equations will be derived easily.
报告人简介：周正芳，密歇根州立大学数学系教授，1986年毕业纽约大学柯朗研究所，师从国际著名偏微分方程大师 Nirenburg, L. 在国际知名数学杂志 Appl. Comput. Harmon. Anal. PNAS, JFA， Siam J. Math. Anal. CPDE, Trans. AMS. PNAS, CMP等发表多篇学术论文。
